vintage 70's Bob Mesrop black ink and hand colored whimsical frog on lily pad with green and white polka dot mat and yellow frame

Ribbit! Ribbit! Ribbit! This mischevious little frog looks over his shoulder (do frogs have shoulders?) as if to say "Can't catch me. No, you can't catch me!" Created by artist, Bob Mesrop, he is a bright and happy guy in two-toned green. He crouches (do frogs crouch?) on a sunny yellow lily pad floating on a pond. Matted in green and large white polka dot woven fabric and framed in a bright yellow frame, he is so full of whimsy!
