Offered is a bouquet of small pressed dried flowers. I believe it was created in the early l900's. The flowers are mounted to what looks like an old engraved and scalloped post card, the bottom of which is marked "Souvenir" (French). The post card is mounted to silk. The framed is a tooled foil look material and is beautiful in its own right. Includes a small hanger on back or could display in a vignette on a shelf with other ephemera. Perfect for use in Victorian, cottage or French decor.
Condition: Some wear on corners of frame. Could use a couple of small nails added to the framing.
Slightly yellowed into a beautiful patina over the years (but that's what makes it so great!)
SIZE: 4" x 6"
